2026 Feature Speakers

  • Gemma Douglas is a certified Breathwork and Nervous System Coach specialising in evidence-based techniques that create calm, clarity, and resilience. With training across Oxygen Advantage, Wim Hof Method, Soma Breath, pranayama, NLP, and somatic practices, she blends science with practical tools that truly change how people feel. Gemma works with emergency services, schools, workplaces, high-performing athletes and parents worldwide, teaching people how to use their breath as a remote control to their nervous system. She is known for her grounded, relatable approach that helps people feel empowered, connected, and deeply present.

  • Dougal's sporting career lasted nearly 20 years and included victories around the world in multisport, ironman, xterra and adventure racing events. His final act as an athlete involved lifting the America's Cup in 2024 as a member of Emirates Team NZ. Since then he has enjoyed chasing his kids Flynn and Matilda around Wanaka, coaching endurance athletes and taking over the Lake Hawea Epic mountain bike event.
